The Midas L6 6-space 500 Series chassis brings versatile routing and linking capabilities to the 500 Series modular workflow. The L6 chassis accommodates up to 6 single-width 500 Series modules, providing a compact hub for housing your favorite preamps, EQs, compressors and more. Advanced audio routing options include output link switches for cable-free daisy chaining between modules, enabling you to easily create effects chains. The chassis also features compressor bus link switches to enable stereo and multi-channel sidechain linking across modules. With the L6, you can build a fully integrated signal chain right inside your 500 series rack.
House up to Six Single-Width 500 Series Modules
The L6 chassis provides 6 spaces to populate with your choice of 500 Series modules. Mix and match preamps, EQs, compressors, reverbs or other processors to customize your ideal 500 Series rig. Each space has XLR inputs and outputs to integrate your modules into your studio workflow. Whether you're tracking instruments, mixing down tracks or mastering audio, the L6 lets you configure the exact combination of modules your sessions require.
Daisy Chain Modules With Output Link Switches
Creating effects chains is easy with the L6's output link switches. Simply engage the link between two module spaces and the output of one module will feed directly into the next. Build guitar pedal-style effects chains by linking overdrive into delay into reverb, without messy patch cables between modules. The link switches streamline your signal routing for more consistent results. Focus on dialing in your sound rather than re-patching.
