Takamine's Thermal Top Process
The EF450CTT's spruce top is modified through Takamine's Thermal Top process, altering the wood's resins and sugars to produce a rich, aged tone typically found only in well-played vintage instruments. Paired with solid flame maple back and sides, known for articulate bass and shimmering highs, this guitar resonates with a bold voice. An ebony fingerboard provides smooth playability, while the maple neck's oval profile gives you comfort and speed.
Exquisite Abalone and Pearl 'Grass Flower' Inlays
With exquisite abalone and pearl 'Grass Flower' fingerboard inlays, gloss brown sunburst finish and gold tuners, the EF450CTT is as visually striking as it is tonally impressive. Its 42.5mm nut width and slim, fast maple neck give you space to articulate complex chords and rapid solos with ease. The cutaway NEX body shape provides upper-fret access, allowing you to explore the guitar's full tonal range.
